The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre's Staff Excellence Awards 2023 will recognise and celebrate those individuals and teams who have really excelled and gone above and beyond over the last year. If you'd like to recognise a staff member of team that has really made a positive difference or delivered outstanding service, get your nominations in my 6pm on Monday 6th September. There's a special People's Choice category that only patients and those close to them can nominate people for. There are also many other categories open for nominations until 6pm on Monday 6th September.

Our specialist speech and language therapy service for people with cancer has been shortlisted for a major national award. The service is a partnership between The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and Liverpool University Hospitals. It has been shortlisted for the NHS England Chief AHP Officer's Award for integrated care.

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre has become the first cancer centre in the United Kingdom to expand its scope by opening a new diagnostic centre for people with a wide range of other health conditions. Paddington Community Diagnostic Centre offers tests and scans for musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal and lung conditions, as well as people who may have cancer.
