COVID-19 vaccines

COVID-19 vaccines reduce the risk of catching the virus or becoming seriously unwell with it. Find out more about how to book your COVID-19 vaccinations, boosters or additional doses.

Targeted COVID-19 treatment

Those people at highest risk of becoming seriously unwell if they catch COVID-19 may be offered targeted treatments to help their immune systems fight the virus. These treatments have been shown to reduce hospitalisations and the risk of death from COVID-19.

Many people with cancer will be eligible for these treatments if they have a positive test for COVID-19. You can find out more about the treatments and eligible groups on this page of the NHS website.

Your GP should contact you to let you know if you are eligible. Our consultants and specialist teams may also inform you about this, especially if you are eligible and have only recently been diagnosed with cancer.

If you have any questions, please ask your specialist team.
