By signing up as a Member of the NHS Foundation Trust, local people, patients and staff can have a direct influence on how our organisation operates. They can help us develop our plans, act as a sounding board for things we want to do, and support us to improve the services we offer.

Our Members have a number of important roles, including:

  • Being consulted on plans for future development of the Trust and our services
  • Electing their representatives to serve on the Council of Governors
  • Choosing to stand for election to the Council of Governors (Governor Election Information)
  • Choosing to put themselves forward for appointment as a Non-Executive Director - including for the Chair of the NHS Foundation Trust.

Membership is completely free and you can choose to be involved as little or as much as you like - from receiving regular newsletters, taking part in discussion groups, to standing for and becoming a Governor.

Members do not receive preferential NHS treatment.

We already have over 5,000 Members of The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust. Would you like to become the next?
