She said: “We’re a really active training centre here at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and I’m really proud of the level of teaching we provide to doctors across our programmes. We always have room for improvement and we still have work to do to ensure we continue to enhance the experiences of the doctors we work with but we’re very happy that our Medical Oncology programme is so highly valued and is giving our registrars such a positive training experience”.

“Our achievements are thanks to our hardworking team of Educational and Clinical Supervisors who are responsible for training the next wave of Consultant Oncologists and we’ll continue to work hard to ensure all doctors in training who come through our doors have a positive experience.”
