Lymphoedema

The lymphoedema service is based at our Wirral Centre and runs daily clinics out of four clinic rooms:

Monday to Friday 9am – 4.00pm


The team consists of:

The aim of the service is to deliver specialist education, support, information and treatment to patients who develop lymphoedema as a direct result of their cancer or treatments using a holistic approach. Our purpose is to improve the overall quality of life for patients with lymphoedema. We create individual holistic care plans and wherever possible promote self-management and well-being. We also offer information and support for carers and act as a resource for other health professionals.

We also provide

Lymphoedema trained physiotherapist who delivers a one day connective tissue release service a week for our lymphoedema patients.
