About the Role

We are looking for a well organised individual, with an eye for detail to join our small Finance and Supporter Care team.

This is a varied role that requires an ability to learn and adapt to the financial processes of a busy charity. It calls for a highly-motivated and dedicated person with an enthusiasm for figures, good financial practice and the ability to work independently as well as alongside the Finance Manager and Supporter Care Team.

The Finance Administrator's duties include processing the day to day transactions on QuickBooks, reconciling income with the Donorflex CRM database, performing bank reconciliations and ensuring invoices are authorised ready for payment. The role also includes monitoring grant awards, various charity reserves and supporting the administration of the Charity's Weekly Lottery.

Training will be provided to apply the successful applicants existing and transferable skills to the role.

About the Charity

Clatterbridge Cancer Charity is an independent Charity, dedicated to supporting patients and research at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - one of the UK’s leading cancer hospitals.

It’s thanks to our supporters that we can achieve so much for people with cancer across Merseyside and Cheshire, which may not be possible through NHS funding alone.

This includes fund life-saving research to shape cancer care for generations to come, investing in leading technology that drive better outcomes for people with cancer, enhancing the patient environment to support health & wellbeing and enabling innovations in care for every patient, every day.
