This iconic event is back by popular demand and is a unique challenge for both experienced and novice runners. Always a popular event in our running calendar, this is your chance to run underneath the River Mersey and through the Kingsway Tunnel, where the atmosphere is absolutely electric!
Enter the Kingsway Tunnel, and run along the River Mersey as you take in the beautiful sights throughout Seacombe Waterfront, including the Floral Pavilion before finishing the event at Ian Fraser Walk where you'll be able to celebrate with your family and friends.

By taking part in the Mersey Tunnel 10K, you are helping us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment.
We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.
