A World Heritage site, world famous scenery, with fells, lakes, and forests – and the best of England! Kendal, on the edge of the National Park, makes for the perfect backdrop for this year's Lake District Ultra Challenge!

Take on a full 100 km loop around Kendal, Ambleside and Lake Windermere, and witness some truly breathtaking views from the nature reserves and forests along the way. Do it at your pace, and help us support the 1 in 2 who need us right now.

With regular snack stops, rest stops and your Lake District Ultra medal, t-shirt and a glass of fizz to look forward to this event is a fantastic way of getting together with your family and friends, and helping to make a difference to cancer patients across Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond!

Why We Need Your Help

By taking part in the Lake District Ultra Challenge, you are helping us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment.

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.

Will you join Team Clatterbridge and make a difference to those with cancer in our region today?
