Dr Haridass studied medicine at the Stanley Medical College in Madras and trained in Oncology at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.

After completion of a one year Stereotactic Radiotherapy Fellowship at The Ottawa Hospital (Ontario, Canada) to train in treating brain and spine tumours with the Cyberknife radiotherapy system, he worked at The Royal Marsden Hospital as a Consultant NeuroOncologist for a year.

He started working at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in November 2013 as a Clinical Oncologist with special interest in head and neck, thoracic and neurological malignancies.
