You are invited to attend The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre’s Annual Members Meeting on Wednesday 25th October 2023 starting at 4.30pm both via Microsoft Teams and in person at on Floor 12 of The Spine Building, Paddington Village, Liverpool, L7 3FA.
The Annual Members Meeting is the Trust's Annual General Meeting and brings together members, Governors, staff, and the Trust’s Board. Governors will officially receive the Trust's annual report and accounts from 2022/2023.
The business will be as follows:
- Annual Report and Accounts 2022/23 – presented by Chief Executive, Liz Bishop and Director of Finance, James Thomson
- Report from the Auditor and findings for year ending 2022/23 – presented by Ernst & Young LLP
- Changes to the Constitution, Election Results and Membership – presented by the Chair, Kathy Doran.
Our members are very important to us as you act as a sounding board for our ideas and help us to develop our plans for the Trust’s future.
