Trust rated 'Good' for learning from incidents

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre has been rated Good in the first national rating of NHS organisations' ability to learn from mistakes, and to be open and transparent.

The first annual Learning From Mistakes League was announced by Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt at the Global Patient Safety Summit, and looked at data from the NHS National Staff Survey and the National Reporting and Learning System which records details of incidents reported by NHS organisations.
