Superhero Nurses Day 2017

Our very own Superheros celebrated National Nurses Day in style today.

After celebratory cakes and treats, nursing staff got the opportunity to get their own back on the ward managers and matron for those tiring night shifts and long 12 hour days. For a small donation to The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity nursing staff were able to wet sponge the managers in the stocks.

After their own wet sponge beating, cape crusade ward managers Emma Doolan and Claire Bennett made it their mission to soak Matron Liz Morgan.
