Our Five Year Strategic Plan: November 2022 progress report

Last year we published our Five Year Strategic Plan 2021 - 2025, setting out our six strategic priorities. There's a really detailed implementation plan that sits alongside this that explains how we will achieve our priorities. Twice a year, we produce a progress report showing what has been delivered so far and what we plan to deliver over the next six months.

You can now read the November 2022 progress report, which went to Trust Board earlier today.
