New patient experience survey launched about the impact of Coronavirus

Posted 1st July 2020

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre has launched a new patient experience survey to hear about our patients’ experiences of cancer care during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic .

Patient experience is hugely important to us here at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and we are interested to find out how coronavirus has impacted your life and/or access to treatment and care.

The short survey should take no more than 10 – 15 minutes to complete and your insight will inform the work we're currently doing in response to the impact of coronavirus on people with cancer across Cheshire and Merseyside – this will help ensure you receive the best possible experience when with us.

The questions should be answered by people with cancer undergoing care and treatment at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. If you have someone helping you complete the survey, the answers still need to be from your point of view.

The survey is available to complete here and will close at the end of August.

We really appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey – your views and experience are vitally important to us.
