Important update for Clatterbridge patients due to have blood tests in the community

Posted 13th October 2020

We’ve arranged drop-in clinics for Clatterbridge patients whose community blood tests have been cancelled. The temporary arrangements are for patients who meet all the following criteria:

  • They need blood tests now as part of their cancer care at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre
  • They were due to have them in a community phlebotomy clinic, and
  • This clinic is no longer taking place

If this applies to you, you can have your bloods done at the following drop-in sessions from Wednesday 14th October.

Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Aintree
8.30am-4.00pm
Lower Lane, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L9 7AL
(The clinic is in CCC-Aintree radiotherapy, not the Marina Dalglish Unit.)

Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool
8.30am-5.30pm
65 Pembroke Place, Liverpool, L7 8YA

Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Wirral
8.30am-4.30pm
Clatterbridge Road, Bebington, CH63 4JY

Any patients with questions or who would like more information can call 0151 318 8541.

If you’re a Clatterbridge patient with a booked appointment to get bloods done at our Liverpool or Wirral sites, please attend that appointment as planned.
