​Double celebration in February’s staff award

A patient’s wife nominated Mersey nurse Beccy McCormick and Healthcare Assistant Cheryl Clifton as thanks for their amazing care.

Beccy’s nomination highlighted that she provided excellent care emotionally and psychologically right throughout the patient’s stay. She provided endless informative updates, even calling the patient’s wife at home which was most appreciated; a very positive person.

Cheryl’s nomination highlighted how she works calmly with such a lovely, warm personality. Nothing is an effort to her and she always goes that little bit further to make the patient comfortable and at ease. A lovely woman, an excellent nurse and worth her weight in gold!
