Delamere ward manager is this June's staff achievement award winner

Fiona is the interim ward manager for Delamere and the satellite clinics. She was nominated for being a supportive and enthusiastic manager. She constantly strives for improvement, engages all staff and works hard to ensure patients get the best service.

Fiona has worked lots of extra hours to carry out staff training to ensure patients are safe.
