The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust has opened a Book of Condolence following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The book will be at our three main sites on the following days for staff, patients and visitors to add a message should they wish:

  • Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Liverpool (main reception): Monday 12th September (from 10am) & Tuesday 13th September
  • Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Wirral (main reception): Wednesday 14th September & Thursday 14th September
  • Clatterbridge Cancer Centre - Aintree (main reception): Friday 16th September

Patients and staff who cannot add their message to the CCC book in person can do so online by completing this form. We will add their message for them. Our book of condolence will be added to the Trust archive.

A national online book of condolence is available on the Royal website with a selection of messages being sent to His Majesty the King and the Royal Family.
