See our YouTube films about designing a new cancer hospital for Liverpool

Danny Hutton and Laura Atkinson from our Transforming Cancer Care team have recorded short video blogs (vlogs) about how we're developing detailed designs for the new hospital.

The films are only 1-2 minutes long and Danny and Laura explain how frontline NHS staff are designing their areas in the new hospital. They also outline what we're thinking of for the inpatient bedrooms, outpatients, daycase unit, and how to make sure it provides a great environment for patients.

Building work on the new hospital site - next to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and the University of Liverpool - is due to start in summer 2016. The new hospital is due to open in autumn 2018.
